Offer cocktails, beer, wine, adult shaved ice, and custom drink menus at select permitted events.

  • Full-Service Rental

    We bring the trailer, shape the menu, serve your guests, and handle setup and breakdown. Sparrow Sips & Snow is available for café, shaved-ice, treat, and select bar experiences.

    Equipped Trailer Rental

    We deliver and set up the trailer for your approved event team to operate. We will work with you to confirm the equipment, utilities, placement, and operating requirements.

    1. Check your date. Tell us when and where you are gathering.

    2. Choose your experience. We will shape the service, equipment, and menu around your event.

    3. Secure the trailer. Approve the quote, sign the agreement, and make the required payment.

  • Based in Colorado Springs. Available Across Colorado.

    We regularly serve events within roughly a three-hour drive of Colorado Springs, including the Front Range and many mountain communities.

    Extended and multiday destination bookings are available by custom quote.

  • Equipped to Go Almost Anywhere

    The trailer includes a Gaggia RUBY Pro espresso machine, Estella Caffe ECEG26 bean grinder, two Dometic CFX2 57 refrigerator/freezers, onboard fresh- and wastewater systems, hot water, a double sink, flexible service stations, solar panels, and a 3,600-watt battery system.

    The trailer can connect to 30-amp shore power, and a Honda EU3200i generator is available when needed. Shaved-ice, popcorn, and cotton-candy machines are available as rental add-ons, with more equipment options coming in the future.

    Off-grid capability and operating time vary based on the equipment used, electrical load, weather, and event duration.
